2D Gel Electrophoresis protocol

FOODCROPVIDEO. Điện di gel là một phần trong những phương pháp của kỹ thuật gen. Bằng cách nào để thực hiện nó? Xem phần hướng dẫn thao tác.

2D Gel Electrophoresis (1) Protein Extraction
Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, (2-DE or 2D electrophoresis), is a form of gel electrophoresis commonly used to isolate the proteins in a sample for further characterization by mass spectroscopy. Mixtures of proteins are separated in the 1st dimension by their charge (isoelectric focusing (IEF)). Then in the 2nd dimension, proteins are separated by their size (molecular weight). This video shows the part 1- protein extraction

2D Gel Electrophoresis (2) Protein Quantitation

Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, (2-DE or 2D electrophoresis), is a form of gel electrophoresis commonly used to isolate the proteins in a sample for further characterization by mass spectroscopy. Mixtures of proteins are separated in the 1st dimension by their charge (isoelectric focusing (IEF)). Then in the 2nd dimension, proteins are separated by their size (molecular weight). This video shows the part 2- protein quantitation.

2D Gel Electrophoresis (3) Sample Preparation
Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, (2-DE or 2D electrophoresis), is a form of gel electrophoresis commonly used to isolate the proteins in a sample for further characterization by mass spectroscopy. Mixtures of proteins are separated in the 1st dimension by their charge (isoelectric focusing (IEF)). Then in the 2nd dimension, proteins are separated by their size (molecular weight). This video shows the part 3- sample preparation for 1st dimension.

2D Gel Electrophoresis (4) 1st Electrophoresis
Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, (2-DE or 2D electrophoresis), is a form of gel electrophoresis commonly used to isolate the proteins in a sample for further characterization by mass spectroscopy. Mixtures of proteins are separated in the 1st dimension by their charge (isoelectric focusing (IEF)). Then in the 2nd dimension, proteins are separated by their size (molecular weight). This video shows the part 4- 1st dimension.

2D Gel Electrophoresis (5) Gel Casting
Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, (2-DE or 2D electrophoresis), is a form of gel electrophoresis commonly used to isolate the proteins in a sample for further characterization by mass spectroscopy. Mixtures of proteins are separated in the 1st dimension by their charge (isoelectric focusing (IEF)). Then in the 2nd dimension, proteins are separated by their size (molecular weight).

2D Gel Electrophoresis (6) Reduction & Alkylation
wo-dimensional gel electrophoresis, (2-DE or 2D electrophoresis), is a form of gel electrophoresis commonly used to isolate the proteins in a sample for further characterization by mass spectroscopy. Mixtures of proteins are separated in the 1st dimension by their charge (isoelectric focusing (IEF)). Then in the 2nd dimension, proteins are separated by their size (molecular weight). This video shows the part 6- reduction and alkylation.

2D Gel Electrophoresis (7) 2nd Dimension
Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, (2-DE or 2D electrophoresis), is a form of gel electrophoresis commonly used to isolate the proteins in a sample for further characterization by mass spectroscopy. Mixtures of proteins are separated in the 1st dimension by their charge (isoelectric focusing (IEF)). Then in the 2nd dimension, proteins are separated by their size (molecular weight).
